Dr. Ketan Jumani<\/h3>\n

Dr. Jumani was born and raised in India.\u00a0 He was inspired at an early age to become a dentist and worked summer jobs at his general dentist and orthodontist\u2019s office.\u00a0 He would fill out charts and help with odd jobs and over the years, he had the opportunity to get to know the dentists very well.\u00a0 He loved the impact they had on their patients\u2019 lives.<\/p>\n

While living in India, Dr. Jumani obtained his dental degree and practiced dentistry for two years.\u00a0 He then came to the U.S. and earned a Masters Degree in Public Health <\/strong>from Johns Hopkins University<\/strong> in Baltimore, MD.\u00a0 Upon graduation, he became an Associate Faculty<\/strong>\u00a0in the Department of International Health<\/strong>, working for the Institute for Vaccine Safety.<\/p>\n

Given his love for clinical dentistry, Dr. Jumani chose to return to dental school and attended the University of Washington<\/strong> to obtain his Doctorate of Dental Surgery<\/strong>.\u00a0 After graduating he continued and\u00a0 earned\u00a0 his Master of Science in Dentistry<\/strong>\u00a0in Pediatric Dentistry<\/strong> at the University of Washington<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For him, the best part of his profession is to have the pleasure of treating little kids and watching them grow, evolve, and mature over time. He truly enjoys creating a bond with his patients and their families.\u00a0 Dr. Jumani met his wife in dental school, Shreya Jumani, who is also a practicing dentist, and in his free time, loves being outdoors, hiking, traveling, skiing and running.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
