Dr. Zheng Xu
Dr. Xu earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and went on to post-graduate studies and earned a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry both at The University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington Connecticut. She furthered her education studying skeletal, craniofacial & oral biology and earned a Doctorate in Biomedical Science at The Peking University Health Science Center in Bejing, China. Dr. Xu has been working solely in the pediatric dentistry field and enjoys serving on staff at University Hospitals. For three years she was a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Pediatric Division of the Department of Craniofacial Sciences School of Dental Medicine at the University of Connecticut Health Center. From Connecticut she headed to Texas where she served for five years as Clinical Associate Professor and Residency Program Director in the Department of Developmental Dentistry at The University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio. Dr. Xu now calls the Pacific Northwest her home and has been a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at The University of Washington since 2014. Dr. Xu is also currently on the medical staff for Seattle Children’s Hospital. She enjoys working in the clinic and in the hospital where she is able to care for the unique dental needs of children.
